We bought our trailer the weekend after Christmas... we started repairing the outside immediately. It has only been washed once and that was before paint a few months ago.. We do not have a garage (yet) so it's out in the elements, this is not idea.. but it is what it is.
Today I finally washed it after a couple months of saying.. we need to wash the trailer..
Here are my tips...
1. Hire someone to wash your trailer... LOL
2. Think really hard on how much white(when choosing paint colors) you will have to scrub
3. Do not wait months to wash your trailer even when restoring
4. Do not wash you trailer in 95 degree heat
5. Only buy trailer if you have something to store it under or cover
6. My FINAL AND MOST IMPORTANT TIP.... Hire someone to wash your trailer :)
