Wheels in the Sky please stop turnin'

Those of you following our blog and progress of the trailer knows I just painted my tires (white walls) After a couple days and looking at the paint I was kinda leery...  thinking it looked horrible from close up ....but great from far away.  So Saturday we had to take the trailer to be weighed and my decision was made for me...  the paint started coming off.  So it is now off and I am leaving the tires black :)   As to the guy we saw do it in CA.  I need to find his name again...  now that I think about it I didn't see any reviews on his tire painting work...LOL

I was already IFFY on the paint....  I didn't like the brown bleeding through... I think this is from not cleaning the tire well enough

After the drive to the weigh station

Now... still need to really clean...  but I'm okay with the black tires :)
